The HANSA group, a leading supplier of kitchen and bath faucets, whose brands include Hansa and KWC, announced management appointments that reflect the organization's continued commitment to international business growth.

Chris Marshall, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of KWC AMERICA, has been named Chief
Operating Officer of Hansa Metallwerke AG, David Delle Monache has been selected as the General Manager
for KWC AMERICA, and Darryl Jones has been appointed as the
Director of U.S. Sales.
In his new capacity, Marshall will relocate to the company's headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany. He will also chair KWC AMERICA's Board. Delle Monache will remain at Hansa and KWC's North American headquarters, located in Norcross, Georgia and will be responsible for the management of the business as well as supporting the group's strategic development team. Jones will maintain his base in Denver, Colorado, managing KWC AMERICA's sales representatives and supporting customers across the country.
An employee of KWC AMERICA for ten years, Delle Monache most recently served as the company's Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining KWC AMERICA, he worked as the Commercial Director for the U.S. subsidiary of a UK-based corporation, where he gained extensive experience in contract formation, pricing, financial and sales management and controls.
Jones, who came on board with KWC AMERICA in 2007, has worked for 20 years in a management capacity in both sales and technical areas in the kitchen and bath industry. During his tenure with KWC AMERICA, Jones has managed sales agencies in various U.S. regions and has also led the company's AQUAPUNKT training program.
